Job-Readiness Programs Are Foundational to Successful Employment Outcomes
Farrow, Kendra; Parkin-Bashizi, Nancy
Journal of Visual Impairment & Blindness, v113 n6 p551-556 Nov 2019

Nationwide, vocational rehabilitation programs have been tasked with implementing services that promote competitive gainful employment for those with substantial disabilities. This article explores one agency's program to provide job-readiness skills for individuals who are visually impaired.
