Semi-structured interview forms and an observation form were used as data collection tools in the study. Descriptive analysis was used in the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the study, it was found that the students who start primary school in the age range of 60-65 months were not ready to start school and had difficulty in physical, emotional, cognitive and psycho-social readiness.
