This chapter explores how mindfulness practices infused into professional preparation curriculum can promote awareness of the individual and institutional dimensions of gender, de-center masculinities, and promote appropriate learning practices both in and outside of the graduate classroom. Mindful masculinities are introduced as a sustainable model for practitioners wanting to promote students' healthy identity development.
