Working the Borderlands between Subjective Science and Experimental Art: A Reconsideration of the Academic, Educational Left in the USA
Gitlin, Andrew
Education and Society, v29 n1 p61-86 2011
The article examines some of the major accomplishments of the Academic Educational Left in the USA, and considers the epistemological limits of their move from objective forms of science to subjective forms, with a focus on voice. The author suggests, as an innovative research paradigm an epistemological approach that operates from the borderlands between subjective science and experimental art.
