This study examined the relationship between some Iranian ESP instructors' self-efficacy and their teaching styles. To this end, 87 ESP instructors were selected from various universities in Tehran, Iran. Data were collected using the "Teachers' Sense of Efficacy Scale" and the "Teaching Styles Inventory" (version 3.0). Results demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between teachers' self-efficacy and their teaching styles. In particular, the "Personal Model" style showed the closest link with high levels of instructors' sense of self-efficacy.
