Of a "universe" of 475 supervisory activities of secondary school department chairmen, 50 were randomly selected and incorporated into a Problem List Questionnaire. Respondents were asked to rate the amount of difficulty perceived in each activity. Sharp differences between the sexes were noted. (Author)
