The Quinnipiac University School of Education was one of two school-university partnerships honored with the 2016 NAPDS Award for Exemplary Professional Development School Achievement. In this invited article, Anne Dichele, the director of the school's Master of Arts in Teaching program, describes their ''small but innovative'' program. Now in its fifth year of existence, the partnership uniquely consists of the School of Education, one public elementary school, and one charter school.
