Some present issues of concern in health occupations education, and their futuristic implications, are reviewed: achieving a more reasonable geographic distribution of health professionals, comprehensive health service (National Health Insurance), cost effective health care, credentials (Licensing and licensing by reciprocity), and collective bargaining.
