The proliferation of e-learning environment has brought a need for content production. In educational process one of the most important subjects is learning contest. Learning contest represents an entire course, subject materials, content modules, learning objects about courses, information resources and periodicals. Quality of the content in distance education systems come before the factors that determine the quality of education.
