The Impact of Teacher Training on Creative Writing and Problem-Solving Using Futuristic Scenarios for Creative Problem Solving and Creative Problem Solving Programs

The present study aims to detect the impact of teacher training on creative writing and problem-solving using both Futuristic scenarios program to solve problems creatively, and creative problem solving. To achieve the objectives of the study, the sample was divided into two groups, the first consist of 20 teachers, and 23 teachers to second group. Each group applied two tests for pretest. Each group has been applied problem solving skills, and creativity skills test, and then underwent training two weeks at a rate of 5 hours for a day on the Futuristic scenarios program to solve problems creatively, and creative problem solving, and then trained both groups of two tests dimensions. The results of the study teams for post-test for both groups, and the results showed no differences in the two groups is due to write in favor of the program, while there were differences in the ability to solve problems creatively with the group that trained a program of creative problem-solving manner.
