Soh, Michael; Roth-Johnson, Elizabeth A.; Levis-Fitzgerald, Marc; Rowat, Amy
Journal of College Science Teaching, v45 n1 Sep 2015

This article shows that increased levels of student cognition can be achieved through interactive taste tests; this universally applicable pedagogical resource can improve student learning and demonstrate the applicability of science to the real world.
