Teaching Creatively in ESP
Petkovska, Viktorija
Journal of Education and Practice, v6 n17 p172-175 2015
Teaching creatively in ESP might in certain cases present some appropriate solutions to the teaching situation and, more importantly, boost students' confidence and motivation towards achieving some of the course objectives. Based on a case study, this paper displays some of the results obtained through a limited scope research conducted with engineering students. It offers some insights into the possibilities of creative ESP teaching, its advantages and shortcomings. It also attempts to define the impact that creative ESP teaching might have on the outcomes of the teaching process, as well as the requirements it places on both the teacher and the students.
