TEACHING Exceptional Children, v47 n6 p329-335 Jul-Aug 2015

Research has indicated that it is possible to design instruction to help students acquire skills in both academics and secondary transition areas of life. The two approaches described in this article provide teachers with a starting point on how to do this for a wide range of student needs.
