Defines the need for a more vocationally-oriented elementary school curriculum. Several principles and propositions concerning the implementation of career education programs are presented and discussed under the following categories: educational objectives, behavioral objectives, curriculum development, student experiences, teacher role, learning activities, group work, and involvement of guidance personnel.
