Schools of social work are faced with increasing evidence that persons with bachelor's degrees can capably perform many of the tasks expected of master's degree personnel. Consequently, the author proposes that schools reorganize their curricula along a broad continuum from the undergraduate to the postdoctoral level. (Author)
