This study examined the employers assessment of work ethics required of university Business Education graduates in south south Nigeria. One research question and three hypotheses guided the study. The design of this study was a descriptive survey. The population of the study comprised 318 identified employers of Business Education graduates in Rivers and Delta State in south south geopolitical zone in Nigeria in 2012. There was no sampling since the population in the zone was manageable. The instrument for data collection was a 30 - item questionnaire. The content and face validity of the instrument was done by three experts in Business Education and two experts in Measurement and Evaluation. The instrument was also subjected to factor analysis before the final copy was written. In order to carry out the reliability of the instrument, the questionnaire was administered to 40 employers of University Business Education graduates in Ogun State in south west geopolitical zone of Nigeria. The data obtained were analysed using Cronbach Alpha, which has a coefficient of 0.91. The research questions were answered using mean. The result of the research question revealed that the following are required of university Business Education graduates--punctuality to work official assignments, regular to work and other official engagements, creativity and discretionary index in handling situation in the office, thoroughness and diligence level at work, judgemental values of other peoples work without bias, idleness in the office among others. It was recommended among others that university business education curriculum should improved on the above work ethics so that the students will have more skills and business Education lecturers should emphasized the above work ethics in teaching the students to ensure that possess those relevant skills in work ethics.
