An evaluation was made of 2 psychologically-based and 2 sociologically-based treatment programs serving lower class, persistantly-offending delinquent boys. The psychological consisted of casework with the youths and their families; the sociological, which was significantly more effective, offered educational development and job placement. (Author/KM)
