A dedicated counselor has a job of grave importance; and if, after soul searching, he comes to realize that he no longer has a close relationship with his students, then there is a need for change. He must realize that policy, paperwork, and personal needs are secondary to his work with students. He must get back to doing the job he was hired to do, to guide his students. (Author)
