Comparisons between trained and untrained teachers demonstrated that trained teachers were substantially higher in teacher approval following appropriate student behavior and much lower in frequency of disapproval directed toward inappropriate student behavior, and they had no errors of approval or disapproval. Inappropriate student behavior was significantly lower for trained teachers. (Author)
