Presents procedures, results, and conclusions of a study designed to compare the effects of classroom instruction with that of a videotape model presentation of a behavior to be acquired, on teacher performance under simulated conditions. The subjects were 33 female elementary education majors at the University of Texas. Results indicated that the videotape presentation was more effective. Bibliography. (LC)
