The toolkit is presented in four parts, which includes information and tools that reflect these activities. Each tool is introduced with a cover sheet that includes the purpose of the tool; the intended outcome of using the tool, the materials and time needed to use the tool; whether the tool is best used with individuals, small groups, or large groups; the tool type, and the audience for the tool.
