A Short Study of Effective Science Instruction for ELL Junior Students

This study was the result of classroom action-based research class in a mainstreamed class of 26; 6 students were special ed and 2 students were English Language Learners. Because it was a split grade, I had double the amount of science topics from which to choose. This study examined quality experiments for junior students and optimal strategies to teach math and science vocabulary and science text forms to present outcomes. (Contains 12 tables and 1 figure.)
