Best Practices When Using Student Survey Results in Academic Program Review. SERU Project Technical Report
Chatman, Steve
Center for Studies in Higher Education
Using the example of responses from civil engineering students at a very highly ranked participating university, this guide demonstrates the importance of comparative data when using student questionnaire data for undergraduate academic program review. It also emphasizes the advantage of using factor structures for better questionnaire-based reporting. The guide is accompanied by a series of tables from the Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) Survey. (Contains 4 footnotes.)
