Universal Leadership Behaviors and the Occupational Information Network's Generalized Work Activities
Hurt, Andrew C.; Homan, Scott R.
Online Submission, Paper presented at the Academy of Human Resource Development International Research Conference in the Americas (Panama City, FL, Feb 20-24, 2008)

This study looks at the potential role of the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Information Network (O*NET) in defining these universally accepted leadership behaviors. (Contains 1 table.)
