National Science Foundation
This booklet presents an overview of the Math Science Partnership program (MSP) at the National Science Foundation (NSF). This program responds to a growing national concern--the educational performance of U.S. children in mathematics and science. Through the MSP, NSF awards competitive, merit-based grants to teams composed of institutions of higher education, local K-12 school systems, and their supporting partners. The MSP program is one way NSF strives to strengthen America by advancing academic achievement in mathematics and science.
