The framework describes that e-Learning engagement, learning and transfer within corporate settings can possibly be achieved if antecedents such as needs assessment, learner analysis, for example, and moderators such as return on investment, learning theories, for example, are adhered. The realization of antecedents and moderators, however, are dependent on championing factors such as leadership, learning culture, technology infrastructure and finance. (Contains 1 figure.)
