This document focuses on the federal student aid programs administered by the U.S. Department of Education. Appended materials include sources of additional information, a directory of state agencies, a glossary, and handouts on topics ranging from financial aid scams to military scholarships to choosing a postsecondary school. Another resource included in the document is a two-item set of materials to help plan and present a financial aid information session.
