The chapters are: (1) "Cuentos (Stories)"; (2) "Cultura (Culture)"; (3) Trabajadores (The Workers)"; (4) "Dignidad (Dignity)"; (5) "La Causa (The Cause)"; (6) "Entrenando (The Power of Organizing)"; (7) "Si, Se Puede (Yes, It Can Be Done)"; (8) "La Huelga (The Strike)"; (9) "Problems y Ayuda (Problems and Help)"; (10) "Tiene La Lumbre Adentro (He Has the Light Inside)"; (11) "Viva La Causa (Long Live the Cause)"; (12) "El Fin y El Futuro (The End and A New Beginning)"; and (13) "The Legacy of Cesar E.
