This document reports on NISE Fellows' experiences based on these questions: (1) How did you learn about the NISE Fellow opportunity? (2) Why did you want to be a NISE Fellow? (3) How has the experience affected you? (4) What is your assessment of the value of the experience? and (5) How might NISE improve the quality of the Fellow experience? Appendices include: "Call for Applications and Nominations for Fellows"; "NISE Fellows and Affiliations"; and "Bibliography of NISE Fellows' Products." (YDS)
