"Telementoring: Shaping Mentoring Relationships for the 21st Century" (Talmadge Guy) defines telementoring, explains how it has been affected by technology, presents models of telementoring in schools and work organizations, and considers sociocultural and demographic factors affecting telementoring. "Diversity and Power in Mentoring Relationships" (Catherine A. Hansman) discusses the importance of mentoring for members of marginalized groups, including women and members of racial and ethnic minorities. "Facing Forward: Implications for Practice and Suggestions for Future Research" (Catherine A.
