This document is comprised of the one issue in volume 5 of "Bridges," a publication produced by the California Head Start-State Collaboration Office to detail the activities of the educational partnership and to provide relevant information to programs participating in the partnership. The Fall 2000 issue focuses on children with challenging behaviors and shares some of the latest thinking about how best to meet the social and emotional needs of children.
