The purpose of this conference was to focus attention on the increasing role of distance learning in academia and industry and to inform and educate the participants in several key aspects of distance learning. In addition, the conference spotlights the accomplishments of technology in education and showcases the many leaders in distance learning. The first part of this document is a list of proceedings in alphabetical order, followed by conference highlights, keynote speakers, concurrent sessions, and other information. The conference schedule is also provided.
