Questions explored included: What are some of the key elements in education policy reform in Africa? How effective have the tools available to USAID been in guiding and supporting education policy reform? and What new conceptual approaches and tools can assist USAID staff and host country partners to strengthen the policy reform process? The brief highlights some of the findings and lessons from the research and related pilot activities. Each report presents findings and implications related to its particular topic. (RT)
