The fall-winter 2000 issue contains the following articles: (1) "Storytelling, The Cornerstone of Literacy" (Debra Weller); (2) "Self-Portraits of Kindergarten Children" (Hilda Present Lewis); and (3) "Collecting and Processing Words: Strategies for Building Vocabulary in Young Children" (Michael Jordan and Adrienne Herrell).
