"Risk Sharing through Social Security Retirement Income Systems" (John A. Turner) addresses risk bearing in retirement income systems and compares risk sharing through social security. "Risk Bearing in Individual and Occupational Pension Plans" (James E. Pesando, John A. Turner) reviews individual and occupational pension plans in Canada, tax treatment of pensions in both countries, and the risk-bearing aspects of both countries' occupational pension systems. "Risk Shifting in Workers' Compensation" (Douglas E. Hyatt) describes workers' compensation and the current climate in workers' compensation. Seventeen tables/figures are included.
