Report highlights include: (1) the systemwide headcount was 454,728 for 1990-1991 and 453,668 for 1999-2000, slightly less than the figure from 10 years ago; (2) the 1999-2000 headcount by college shows that Milwaukee, Madison, and Fox Valley Technical Colleges, had the highest total headcount figures; (3) at Madison Technical College, 2,275 graduates received associate degrees and diplomas during 1999-2000, an 9% increase from the previous year; (4) the 1998-99 graduate employment status by college shows that at least 95% of graduates were employed approximately six months after graduation at most of the 16 colleges in the WTCS; (5) eighty-nine percent of the working graduates from Chippewa Valley Technical College were employed in a field related to their college program; and (6) during 2000-01, the per-credit program fee was $85.90--during the same year, the per-credit out-of-state tuition was $288.85.
