The second paper reviews activities of the IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) Section on Bibliography for 1999-2000. Highlights include the scope of the section, membership of the section and standing committee, officers and Information Coordinator, the action plan 2000-2001, and conference programs and workshops.
