Section 3, "Strategies for Personal Renewal," focuses on "Primary Sources of Teacher Power,""Five Sources of Interpersonal Power That Can Exist in Educational Organizations," and "Areas Where Power Is Identified and Can Be Created: Personal Lives; Professional Lives (Classrooms; Schools; Within the Teaching Profession); and Community."
