An introduction offers suggestions for understanding regulations. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program; student assistance general provisions; general provisions for the Federal Perkins Loan Program, the Federal Work-Study Program, and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program; the Federal Perkins Loan Program; the Federal Work Study Program; the Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program; the Federal Family Education Loan Programs; William D. Ford Federal Direct Student Loan Program; Federal Pell Grant Program; the Presidential Access Scholarship Program; the State Student Incentive Grant Program (recently renamed "Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership Program"); and the National Early Intervention Scholarship and Partnership Program.
