Learning Resources Three Year Master Plan, 1998-2001.

This report outlines the three-year master plan for the distance learning programs at American River College (California), part of the Los Rios Community College District, for academic years 1998-2001. The report's trend analysis looks at the emergence of new technologies, such as the Internet and multimedia applications, in relation to the differences in student learning styles, and discusses American River College's ability to deliver open learning using the Internet.
