Forty-six lesson plans organized within three basic concepts are included, and an annotated list of books to use in early childhood classrooms is also provided. Other resources include a list of nursery rhymes and traditional stories mentioning food and a Piagetian task administration instrument. Contains 23 references. (DDR)
