Murstein); (8) "Breaking the (Plexi-)Glass Ceiling in Higher Education" (Kathryn Quina, Maureen Cotter, and Kim Romenesko); (9) "Standing Up, Talking Back, and Taking Charge: Strategies and Outcomes in Collective Action Against Sexual Harassment" (Bernice Lott and Lisa M. Rocchio); and (10) "Coping with Adversity" (Linda L. Carli). Also included in most chapters are short essays in boxes intended to serve as "success stories and cautionary tales" to illustrate points made by the authors.
