"Communications II" explores verbal and nonverbal communication, conflict resolution, and positive feedback. "Charting Unexplored Territory--Discovering How Your Mind Works" is a workshop on learning and thinking styles. "If Life Is an Attitude, How's Yours? And What Are You Going to Do about It?" develops awareness of self-esteem and positive self-image. "Stress: Is It the Spice of Life?" focuses on what is causing stress and how to manage it.
