Small College AI.
Kollmeier, Harold H.
The feasibility of conducting computer science courses in artificial intelligence at a small liberal arts college is examined. The following problems are examined in detail: isolation; student abililty, motivation and expectation; equipment; and faculty readiness. Providing a focus to the discussion, three issues are addressed in terms of combating isolation--the choice of the textbook, the resources of the Internet, and the use of the library. (AEF)
