This instructor guide and the corresponding student reference contain 7 units that include 30 lessons for a course in floristry. The lessons topics are as follows: the floristry industry, plant identification, post-harvest handling, the mechanics of floral design, basic principles of floral design, construction of various types of designs, and shop operations.
