Bethea, Leslie L.; Thompson, Anne R.
This document presents survey questions concerning rights of students with disabilities in postsecondary education and the responsibilities and rights of student affairs staff. The survey is intended to provide necessary information about disability laws and recent legal decisions in the context of the increased enrollment of students with disabilities in higher education and the increasing need for accommodations.
