This manual provides technical and practical assistance to teams of professionals who are interested in replicating a premilitary program. The stated purpose for the program is to help prepare young men and women to become qualified for military recruitment so they might reap the benefits provided by the military as well as civilian opportunities. Each chapter contains pertinent information relative to teaching and training at-risk young adults.
