The Library Career Training Program, Title II-B of the Higher Education Act (HEA), provides grants to institutions of higher education and library organizations or agencies to train persons in librarianship through fellowships, institutes, and traineeships and to establish, develop, and expand programs of library and information science. This booklet is a synthesis of materials contained in the applications for fellowships in fiscal year (FY) 1992. It has been prepared for use by librarians, counselors, and prospective students of library and information science seeking information about the projects funded under Title II-B of the HEA.
