As part of a 3-year study to identify emerging issues and trends in technology for special education, this bibliography describes 45 relevant journal articles. The journal articles cover the areas of personnel preparation, educational policy, systems change, and instruction. For each article, a critical summary is presented which includes the identification of specific implications for the future.
