This directory, compiled by the Summer Program Academic Resources Coordination Center (SPARCC) in Loudonville, New York, describes 19 summer programs that demonstrate a variety of delivery systems used to meet the educational and social needs of migrant students. SPARCC was a migrant education grant that developed and helped implement model summer migrant education programs in New York, Florida, and Virginia.
